Episode 82 puts the lid on July as summer and the MLB Trade Deadline has lots of sizzle!

What are the Yankees going to do to their rotation after their starters were gouged over the past week? With Stroman off the board, what does GM Brian Cashman do? Does he overspend for an ace? Does he have something stirring in his pot that's going to shock the baseball world? I'll dissect it all, plus, the latest on the deadline and Wild Card races as August is upon us.

NFL Training Camps are open for business. I’ll share some early thoughts on various teams, including my beloved Steelers.

I'll also touch on some NBA re-signings, plus my Hero and Zero of the Week.
