Has all of their good fortune in the first two-thirds of the season gone by the wayside? What about the Yankees who have clinched a playoff spot with the division up next? Are they primed for a long awaited World Series run? Then you have the Twins who are gasping for air in hanging onto the final AL wild card spot, because of the Tigers uprising of late as they’re a half game behind Minnesota. Will the Tigers persevere and get into the playoffs? In the NL, my beloved Mets are in good position to qualify for October baseball. Will they avoid another season ending flop at the hands of the Braves? With just ten days to go in the 2024 year, it’s coming down to the wire as the playoff chase heats up.

Is his tenure in Carolina coming to a close?) two intriguing 2-0 matchups (Houston at Minnesota, LA Chargers at Pittsburgh), the Jets opening up this weekend with the Patriots coming to town tonight and could the Ravens go to 0-3 in Dallas as those are the key storylines heading into NFL Week 3.
